Evelyn JieJie's Wedding Dinner

Want to have some rock melon??? =)

It was a sunny lazy Saturday. What else is better than just lazing around @ home doing nothing??? Hehe…

Artist @ Work
In the afternoon, Daddy and I did some painting with the Crayola washable paint that Mommy bought for me last Sunday. The paint is a gel like substance that doesn’t mix well with water. And the end result looks pretty funny. However, the washable part is really impressive as it comes off pretty easily.

Great artist at work… Please Don’t Disturb

Painting is Daddy’s job coz he is a better artist (but the problem is that he only knows how to paint trees). Furthermore, all his trees look the same – add red dots and the tree becomes apple tree, add orange dots means orange tree, add yellow dots means lemon tree etc.

My masterpiece

Evelyn JieJie’s Wedding Dinner
Daddy and Mommy brought me to another wedding dinner this evening @ Orchard Hotel. It is Evelyn JieJie’s wedding (Daddy’s classmate).

An incident happened when we were trying to get to the ballroom from the first level via the lift. The lift was very packed, Daddy couldn’t find any space to get in while Mommy managed to squeeze in. So Daddy ended up taking the next trip with me. When the lift door closed in front of me, I bursted out in tears suddenly and started screaming “Mee Mee… Mee Mee…” It took Daddy a minute or so to calm me down. When the lift door opened again, I bursted out in tears for another round coz I didn’t find Mommy inside and started screaming “Mee Mee… Mee Mee…” again. Finally I got to see Mommy when the door opened again. Fortunately Daddy was immune to such incidents already… =P

Posed for some pictures

Actually wedding dinner is such a bore for me (especially when there isn’t anyone else to play with me). I fell asleep when they served the first dish and only managed to wake up when dessert was served – missing out the whole dinner again. I think it has become a routine for me during wedding dinners. Daddy was wondering if it would be a better option for him to leave me with NaiNai @ home for the next wedding dinner. If he would to ask me, I would surely say no… =(

Recharging in process…

Wake up fully recharged after the dinner

Since I was fully awake and it was extremely difficult to hire a taxi on a Saturday night, we took the MRT back home. We even had a stroll along Orchard Road.

Taking the train home
