Sick Daddy

Daddy finally couldn’t withstand the “left right” attack from me and Mommy. He raised the white flag and surrendered to the virus – just when Mommy and I recovered. He handed the baton (of taking care of me) back to Mommy so that the virus would not find its way back to me again.

GUG Session 6
Mommy brought me to my GUG session alone in the afternoon, allowing Daddy to rest @ home – hoping that some sleep could help him to battle off the virus.

Today’s letter was ‘V’ and it stands for Vincent Vampire Bat. The related words are volcano, violin and vase. Teachers showed us the items and we could feel and touched them. As usual, I was shy and needed mummy to coax me in going forward to touch the items.

After the lesson while coming down on the escalator, I said “Mo” and pointed to a huge poster hanging down from the ceiling. And to Mommy‘s surprise I was referring to “Elmo” who would be having a show in United Square @4pm. To reward me for recognizing Elmo, she decided to hang around to wait for the show. After some anticipation, Elmo finally appeared but there was no dance or song, Elmo was just playing games with the big JieJies and KorKors on the stage. Hence, mummy decided to bring me home.

It was a great achievement for her today cos it was the first time she bought me to lesson alone.

An Incident In The Evening
In the evening,
Mummy: “Esther, what is the colour of Elmo?”
Esther: “Red”

Mummy and Daddy were quite stunned that I knew the colour but it was so easy what. As long as they ask me about colour, I just say Red and it cannot be wrong right?? He He…

Sorry, there was no picture to post cos Mummy did not bring the camera out as she claimed it was heavy …
