Last Lesson of The Semester
Last Lesson of The Semester
Today was the last lesson of this current semester @ GUG. How time flies? It was my third semester here already. Mommy decided that I would carry on for one more semester and it looked like most of my classmate would be here for the next term as well.
Today’s letter of the day was “O” and the animal of the day was octopus who lives in the big ocean. I also learned about the concept of “ON” and “OFF”. For project, I made a hairy orang utan mask using some brown cotton yarn.
Book Browsing @ Orchard
We went over to Orchard after my lesson as Mommy wanted to look for a book.
Our first stop was Borders @ Wheellock Place. Mommy went off to search for that book while Daddy entertained me in the children/toddler section. There were a lot of people there. I wasn’t keen in exploring the area as it was crowded. I managed to warm up after “reading” a few books. By the time I wanted to read some books, Mommy was back. She couldn’t find it here and we had to go to the next venue.

Reading a book @ Borders
Our next stop was Kinokuniya @ Ngee Ann City. The collection there wasn’t as good as Borders. I couldn’t find any interesting book to read. The book that Mommy was looking for didn’t have any available copy but the saleslady will let Mommy know once the stock is here – mission accomplished.
Our lunch was settled @ Food Republic. It was Daddy’s turn to share food with me and we had sliced fish noodle. Today, I insisted on self-feeding. But the noodle was too slippery for my spoon. I couldn’t do it on my own. Fortunately, Daddy was there to give me a hand by putting the noodle in my spoon.

It was so easy to fall asleep with a full stomach. Feeling tired and filled, I fell asleep in the car.
My Boring Afternoon @ Home
After my nap, I was feeling boring and I bugged Daddy into taking out my play-doh set and played cooking with it using my kitchen set. I prepared some veggie (green-coloured play-doh dough) for Daddy to sample my cooking… hehe. I had so much fun that I didn’t even want to go downstairs to play… =P
Cooking session
After I had enough of the cooking, I suddenly remembered Daddy’s offer (of bringing me downstairs to the playground). And I started bugging Daddy to bring me down. Of coz I got my way… hehe.
The playground was slightly noisier than usual as there were a few other KorKors and JieJies there. There was a JieJie who talked to me and asked Daddy if she could play with me. I didn’t mind at all as I preferred playing with older JieJies. But before we could start, her mummy brought her home… =(. Kind of sad but it was still ok, I still had a good time there on my own.
We called it a day after spending half an hour there as Daddy needed to go home to prepare my dinner.
