Happy Children's Day

Today is Children’s Day. The classroom looked so different today as the whole place was decorated with a Retro theme. There was even a special celebration @ GUG on Thursday and Friday but I didn’t attend it as Daddy and Mommy wasn’t free.

Anyway, today’s session was rather brief coz we had a short Children’s Day celebration. I had some cake, biscuits and jelly – lucky I didn’t eat too much during my breakfast… hehe. The jelly was so yummy that I held on to it tightly – determined to finish it all on my own… =P.

Lunching @ Bugis
Some of my friends’ birthdays are fast approaching. It was time for some present shopping and we went over to Bugis Junction as Daddy wanted to get some yam paste mooncakes as well.

We managed to find some nice toys there and Daddy even bought me a Disney kitchen set… =). I spent some time roaming around the area. Feeling hungry, we made our way to the foodcourt for lunch.

While at the foodcourt, Daddy noticed that I kept inserting my finger inside my mouth. It was because my teeth were so itchy that I was hoping that would relieve the itch. But it didn’t work, I even attempted to insert Daddy and Mommy’s finger inside my mouth too. My last resort was to chew my hankie. Seeing that, Daddy went off to search for teething gel to relieve my discomfort. Fortunately for me (and Daddy and Mommy), he did find one and I did feel much comfortable after applying that.

It’s so uncomfortable… =(

My New Kitchen Set
I was back in action after my nap – requesting Daddy to open up my new toys immediately. The kitchen was kind of disappointingly small as Daddy expected it to be bigger. I felt it was still alright and I had a good time playing with it… hehe. Now I can cook for Daddy and Mommy… =).
