Out For Some Fresh Air

Brunch @ Plaza Singapura
Finally, my fever cleared up after last dose of Voltaren last night. For the first time in 4 nights, my temperature stayed under 37.4 degree for the whole night. Daddy and Mommy decided to bring me out for some fresh air in the morning and we ended up in Plaza Singapura.

We ended up having our brunch @ Café Cartel as Mommy missed the fresh bread there. Although we arrived slightly after 11am, we still managed to place the last order for breakfast. Mommy ordered the ultimate delight breakfast set (coz she knew I love the sausages there) while Daddy had bacon and ham omelet. As usual, I had bread but Mommy allowed me to dip my bread with butter today. My bread sure tasted more tasty than before… =)

Yummy… yummy

We window-shopped for a short while before I started to feel tired and became cranky. And we left for home shortly to catch my nap.

Stocking Up My Library
After waking up from my nap, we made a trip down to Bras Basah complex. Mommy felt that most of my books are getting too simple for me and it was about time to stock up new books for my library. So we took a bus there instead of driving (coz Daddy complained about the costly parking fee around that area). It had been a long time since I last took a bus.

On the bus…

Inside the Children Book Store, Daddy and Mommy let me roamed around the shop freely. I was busy giving ideas to the shopkeeper aunty how I thought the books should be arranged in the store… =P. Apparently, Daddy didn’t like the idea as he kept returning the books back to their original location. In the end, we went home with three more collections to my library.

Catches of the day

Feeling hungry, we caught a bite at a café inside the Popular Bookshop. I had my afternoon milk while Daddy and Mommy had our high-tea in peace. We had a walk in Popular Bookshop before making our way home.
