A Nasty Insect Bite

Do you see that big red mark on my leg? It looked very bad, right? It was a nasty bite from an unidentified insect… =(. Although I wasn’t bothered by that bite, I could feel that Daddy and Mommy felt very heart-pain over it.

Back @ Tampines
We went back to Tampines again coz today is my late PoPo’s anniversary. As usual, I didn’t have much to do except walking around the house aimlessly and entertaining TaiMa and YiYi with my new tricks. I was so bored that I started playing with my socks and shoes. Daddy found that I was pretty cute while I was doing it but Mommy didn’t share Daddy’s sense of humour… =P

Afternoon @ Bugis
We left for Bugis @ around 3pm and I fell asleep on Daddy’s shoulder as soon as we entered Tampines MRT station. Throughout the MRT ride, I slept very soundly on Daddy’s and Mommy’s lap.

When we arrived at Bugis, I was still in deep sleep. Daddy and Mommy decided to look for a place to sit down and wait for me to wake up (carrying a 11 kg sleeping toddler wasn’t a simple task). Everywhere was so crowded on Saturday. In the end, Daddy and Mommy settled for hightea @ Olive Tree Café (inside Hotel Inter-Continental). I slept on this cushion seat for 1 hour plus and woke up just in time to taste that yummy black forest cake… hehe. I also had my afternoon milk before leaving the café. According to Daddy, the hightea that they just had was rather expensive (no choice coz they needed a place for me to take my nap).

Aidan KorKor’s birthday is coming soon. Daddy and Mommy brought me to OG Rochor to look for a birthday present for him. Daddy accompanied me to shop around in the toy department while Mommy went off to shop for her own stuff. I enjoyed roaming around the toy department and giving my inputs to how the toys should be arranged by transferring toys from 1 shelf to another (I think Daddy didn’t like my work coz he was busy placing toys back to their original locations). Luckily, Mommy came back in time coz I was pretty sure that I was getting on Daddy’s nerves… =P

Shopping outside OG Rochor

Dinner @ Restaurant Hoshigaoka
We went back to Bugis Function for dinner (@ Restaurant Hoshigaoka). I had some chawan mushi (Japanese egg custard) to go along with my home-cooked porridge. The chawan mushi was yummy… =). The rest of the dinner was kind of boring sitting there and waiting for Daddy and Mommy to finish their food. I started shifting items and wiping the area around me.

We continued searching for Aidan KorKor’s present in Seiyu after dinner (coz we couldn’t find one in OG). In the end, we still couldn’t find any suitable present for Aidan.
