Third Playgroup Session @ Punggol

See... I so hardworking, reading up before playgroup. =P

3rd Playgroup @ Punggol
We were late again today but fortunately not the last to arrive... hehe. And today we had a new member joining us...

It is lovely Athena... =)

Attendance: Sharwyn, Rhyan, Athena, Gabriel and Me (Quinn and Justin "skip" lesson again... hope to see them next session)
Theme: Phonics - "A"
Playgroup Outline:
1. Welcome Song (All) – We sang "Welcome Song" from my favourite CD (Kindermusik's CD).
2. English Storytelling (by Aunty Sharon) - Today's story was "Walking in Jungle" incorporated with music and movement. Too bad I missed most part of the story coz I was having my milk break. =P
3. Happy Yoga Session (by Uncle Kevin) – The most interesting part coz we got to do yoga.
4. Phonics (by Aunty Mel & Aunty Sherlyn) – We began with the "ABC" song and we were introduced to "Apple" and "Alligator".
5. Mandarin Storytelling (by Mommy) – Another new segment added.
6. Mandarin Song (All)

The "upside down yogi"

This session was very fun coz we got to do yoga. Especially the "upside down yogi", it looked very fun but I didn't do that coz I just had my milk and Mommy didn't want me to merlion everything out... =(

We hang around after the playgroup. While waiting for Aunty YanLing to fetch us (coz we would be visiting Aunty YanLing and the handsome Rafe KorKor later), I fell asleep on Daddy's shoulder in Aunty Sharon's place.

When I woke up, I was sleeping in Aunty YanLing's living room. Today Daddy supposed to take over the cooking duty but he escaped coz Aunty YanLing volunteered to prepare a delicious fish porridge for me for lunch. Thank you Aunty YanLing... =)

I spent the rest of the afternoon playing with Rafe's toys (while Daddy was busy helping Uncle ChuYong to catch/kill some worms in his computer). Rafe also has a lot of toy cars (like Aidan KorKor). He even had a motorbike that moved on its own when you stepped on the accelerator with your feet. I had a go on the bike and it was FUN!!!!! It would be more fun if the traffic police was not there... =P Daddy tried to take a picture of Rafe and me. Do I look scary? Coz Rafe kept on running away from me... hehe. Daddy could not get any good shot @ all.

The rain and the worms kept us @ Aunty YanLing's place until 6.30pm. It was too late for Daddy to go back to cook my dinner. In the end, we had dinner with Aunty YanLing's family. Daddy bought me some raisin bread for dinner and he shared his rice with me too.

After dinner, Uncle ChuYong sent us home... what a long day for me.
