A Day in Sentosa
After my lunch, they dressed me up in the sundress that GuGu had just bought for me. And off we went... to Sentosa and met up with my friends (Luke, Gabriel and Jean) – YIPPEE. It is my maiden visit to Sentosa (all thanks to the free passes from Aunty Jen).
Dolphin Lagoon
Our first stop was to meet the pink dolphins @ the Dolphin Lagoon. But we (the babies) found the pole of the big umbrella more interesting than the pink dolphins. Gabriel KorKor even demonstrated a few of his pole-dancing moves to us... LOL. As for the dolphin show, I missed most part of it due to my hunger for milk =P.
Underwater World
Next stop – the underwater world. You will not believe that today is a Monday when you see the crowd there – there were so many people there that we hardly had space to move around. Anyway, I saw this giant spider crab in the tank – Daddy commented that he wouldn't mind having that for dinner... hehe. We also went down to this tunnel, and I saw A LOT of BIG fishes (sharks, stingrays and many more fishes) swimming around us – really have this feeling that we were in the ocean.
Siloso Beach
After visiting the two attractions, the adults were feeling tired and we went to Siloso Beach for a picnic. Aunty Valeria was very nice - she lent me Luke's rake and even taught me how to use it. I had fun digging it into the sand. Seeing that I have sand all over me and were spilling sand onto the groundsheet, Mommy decided to let me sit directly on the sand. Yippee!!! I had more fun playing with the sand with my bare hands and crawling on the sand. Daddy noticed that I LOVE the sand but I HATE the sea and the wave. They (Daddy and Mommy) commented that they will be bringing me to the beaches more often. =)
Luckily Daddy brought another set of clothing of me - I have sand all over my body and I got myself wet while Daddy was washing the sand off my body. I was so wore out and sleepy that I fell asleep on Mommy's shoulder when we left the beach.
Magical Fountain
Our finally destination of the day was the Magical Fountain. We were supposed to be seated by 7pm (even though the show only starts @ 7.40pm). I took a 30 min nap and woke up much fresher – just in time for my dinner and the magical musical fountain show. The show was very interesting (well – at least it was able to capture my attention most of the time). But Mommy commented that she still prefers the old show where the fountain will "dance" to the rhythm of the music. The current show focuses more on the laser show and lighting effects. Then, it was BYE-BYE time to my friends after the show. =(
Dinner @ Great World City
After bidding farewell to Luke and Jean, we (Daddy, Mommy, Uncle Ben, Aunty Kelly, Gabriel KorKor and me) went to Jack's Place (@ Great World City) for dinner.
We had a fun-filled day. Hope that we can do that again soon... =)
Thank you Uncle Ben for driving us around for the whole day. =)
