Aunty Xuan Yan's Wedding Mass

Aunty Xuan Yan's Wedding Mass (10am)
This morning, we had to attend Aunty Xuanyan & Uncle Melvin's wedding mass @ Toa Payoh. Daddy and Mommy gave me an early shower and we were out of the house by 9.30am. Aunty Qingli and KaiJie KorKor were already there when we arrived. This was the second time I attended church wedding. Unlike the first one, Aunty Xuanyan and Uncle Melvin are Catholics and their wedding mass is more solemn. They even prepared Powerpoint slides to guide us through the whole ceremony. As usual, I didn't manage to witness to whole proceeding (coz I fell asleep on Daddy's shoulder again... =P)

I woke up in time for the buffet lunch. Mommy felt that it was too early for me to have my lunch, so I ended up having some of the cakes (carrot cake and chocolate cake) as desserts... yummy.

I also took a pic with the beautiful bride - Aunty Xuanyan.

Visiting TaiMa (1pm)
After bidding farewell to Aunty Xuanyan, Daddy and Mommy brought me to visit TaiMa (Mommy's maternal grandmother). Mommy is very close to TaiMa (coz TaiMa was the one that brought Mommy up when she was a baby like me) and she will always visit her once in a while. I had my lunch there.
We hanged around until 2pm and finally started to make our way to our final destination of the day – Tanglin Mall.

Shopping @ Tanglin, Forum & Isetan (3pm)
It had been a very LOOONG time since we last visited Tanglin Mall after my last lesson @ Kindermusik. Mommy wanted to check out the Brown Rice Paradise for barley cereal (and she was disappointed again). But she did manage to get a box of cheerios for me. While Daddy was @ Level 1, he noticed that there was a toy fair (until end Dec) with some good bargains. He said that he might be going back to do some Christmas shopping (I hope that it is meant for me... hehe). We proceeded to The Forum after we were done in Tanglin Mall. I was so tired that I fell asleep on Mommy's shoulder.

@ The Forum, Daddy and Mommy shopped around for my friend's birthday present while I took my afternoon nap in my pram. My nap was short (about 45 min) but it was sufficient for Daddy and Mommy to complete their shopping in peace. Feeling hungry, Daddy and Mommy had an early dinner (@ 4.30pm) @ Uncle Ronald's restaurant and I got a red balloon from a nice JieJie there =). There was a performance outside Mac and Daddy brought me outside to watch it. It was some Dorothy the Dinosaur's Dance Party which Daddy has no idea about – there was this dinosaur, a one-eyed pirate, an octopus and one more character dancing and singing on the stage. He was pretty amazed that I could actually sit willingly in my pram while listening to the performance (I couldn't see anything coz I was in my pram and there were tons of people in front of me).

Since I had my afternoon nap liao, Daddy and Mommy felt that there wasn't any need for them to go home so early – they decided that Isetan was next venue on our list. @ Isetan, Mommy was doing most of the shopping while Daddy held my hands to assist me in walking around the mall. He even tried to "con" me to take a few unassisted steps but I am too "smart" to be conned =P (no lah, guess I am not really for that yet). Without fail, Mommy bought her preserved mango from the basement. She said that she would let me eat some when I am older and I will definitely love it... hehe.
Actually Daddy wanted to watch the Christmas lighting but feeling that they were tired coz we had been out since 9.15am, he decided it was time to return home for rest (we reached home @ around 7pm).

Wow... what a long day for us.
