Daddy and Mommy's Saturday Off

Today was one of the rare weekends that I got to spend without Daddy and Mommy.

I woke up very early in the morning and Mommy thought that it would be a great idea to go out of our breakfast and we could give NaiNai a lift to the market too. We went over to the Chinatown temporary market but it was a disappointment for all of us coz the selection of food is so limited. In the end, I had to settle for vegetarian bee hoon.

In the late morning, Daddy sent me over the Nanny’s place after my shower and I spent the whole day there. Luckily HuiQi JieJie was around to entertain me.

Daddy and Mommy finally came over to fetch me at around 5pm. However, they sneaked out on me while I was watched Blue’s Clues in the bed room after dinner, leaving me alone with NaiNai for the rest of the evening. I overheard that Daddy’s “old friend” (周华健) was having a concert in the Singapore Indoor Stadium (WaKin 20th Anniversary Concert). It was the first time Daddy and Mommy had a night out without me since I was born. I was determined to stay awake until they came home but eventually fell asleep in NaiNai’s room at around 11pm.
